Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable and organized team member to support both our Sales and Production teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is a mix of office and warehouse responsibilities (approximately 50/50) and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and is comfortable working across departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities:

Supporting Inside Sales

Check stock levels so sales representatives can stay focused on customers
Search for and locate coils in inventory systems and on the warehouse floor
Follow up on routine order status and shipping inquiries
Communicate basic lead times and shipping updates
Build chip decks
Create shipments and label items for UPS shipping
Assist with printing, filing, and general sales administrative tasks

Supporting Shop Operations

Conduct physical stock checks on the warehouse floor
Pull and verify accessory orders
Confirm orders are packed correctly before shipment
Run items and information between departments as needed

Supporting the Branch Manager

Help maintain a clean and organized office environment throughout the day (dedicated cleaning crew provided)
Set up conference room for meetings
Coordinate lunch orders and office supply purchases
Handle miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned
Take on additional responsibilities as the role develops

Qualifications

Basic to intermediate computer skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings
Reliable attendance and positive attitude
