Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills who is eager to contribute to a fast-paced and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues.
• Provide preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist with system installations, repairs, and upgrades as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and industry standards when handling HVAC equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed, repairs, and customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining HVAC issues and solutions clearly.
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of jobs.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician (at least 2 years preferred).
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in various environments (residential, commercial, industrial).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• EPA certification (preferred, but not required).
