Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a General Labor – Dirt Work position for an East Texas company!
We are a full-service staffing firm partnering with companies throughout East Texas, offering full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is never a fee to use our services!
In this role, you will:
Perform dirt work, shoveling, and general labor duties on job sites.
Assist with underground utility installation and related projects.
Work alongside crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently.
Follow job site safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
Complete required testing to qualify for future gas-related work after hire.
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
Previous shovel work, dirt work, or underground utility experience is a major plus.
Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor labor.
Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work long hours and as part of a team.
Details:
Schedule: 7:00 AM until the job is finished.
Hours: 45+ hours per week, with some weeks reaching up to 60 hours.
