Job Summary:
The Plumber will install and maintain the pipes, valves, fittings, fixtures, and drainage systems throughout the facility and in production of modular units. Works in conjunction with other skilled trades in manufacturing the modular units in the production facility.

Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities:
1. Collaborates with employees concerning work orders, prints, and sketches to understand the structure that needs to be built or repaired.
2. Estimates equipment, tool, and material requirements for each job.
3. Installs and repairs plumbing, drains, and fixtures in modular units.
4. Installs conduits and pipes to house electrical wires and cables.
5. Ensures piping complies with codes.
6. Responds to, diagnose, and resolve plant plumbing emergencies.
7. Performs routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems in the plant.
8. Operates all necessary tools to complete a job.
9. Ensures tools and equipment are properly cleaned, stored, and maintained for optimum performance and safety.
10. Ensures the accuracy of work by checking completed projects.
11. Measures, marks, and arranges materials to established layout based on blueprints or instructions from supervisors.
