Truck Loader / Driver Helper – 2nd Shift | $15/hr + Bonuses

Now Hiring: Truck Loader / Warehouse Associate 
Join a fast-paced team loading and unloading route trucks with beverage products. This is a highly physical position ideal for candidates who enjoy staying active and working in a team environment.

Schedule (Full-Time 2nd Shift)

• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (or until finished)
• Overtime required as needed

Pay & Bonuses

• $15.00/hour starting pay
• $40 weekly attendance bonus (must work full scheduled shift + OT as required)
• +$0.50/hr at 90 days
• +$0.50/hr at 6 months

Job Duties

• Load and unload vending/route trucks (cases of bottled beverages up to 50 lbs)
• Safely stack, load, and strap inventory for delivery
• Assist driver with deliveries (in/out of truck, stairs, heavy lifting)
• Pick orders using a computerized pick-by-light system
• Build pallets and prepare product for shipment
• Clean spills in trucks and maintain a clean work area
• Work independently in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Physical Requirements

• Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs (frequent)
• Continuous standing, walking, bending, lifting
• In/out of trucks throughout the day, including stairs

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work at a fast, safe pace with strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills for order picking
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Must be 18+ (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
