🔑 Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and networking

• Conduct cold calls and client visits to showcase products and services

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business

• Present product demos and proposals to potential clients

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to hit sales targets

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to find growth opportunities

• Collaborate with internal sales team for outstanding customer support

• Manage accounts and provide post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction

✅ Requirements:

• Proven outside sales experience, preferably in manufacturing

• Strong ability to assess customer needs and recommend solutions

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Successful track record in account management and business development

• Willingness to travel within assigned sales territory
