About the Position

Join our skilled team of fabricators as an experienced MIG and TIG Welder. This is a hands-on welding role perfect for craftspeople who take pride in precision work and quality results.

What You'll Do

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on diverse metals and materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
• Set up and operate welding equipment tailored to each project
• Use grinders, impact wrenches, and precision measuring instruments
• Handle materials and fabricate welded assemblies using fixtures
• Maintain strict safety protocols and a clean, organized workspace
• Troubleshoot welding challenges and ensure consistent quality output

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years of verifiable MIG and TIG welding experience
• Proficiency in GMAW (MIG) and GTAW (TIG) welding techniques
• Proven experience welding aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Working knowledge of welding codes and specifications
• Solid math abilities and problem-solving aptitude
• Keen attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
• Quality-focused mindset with strong QA skills
