Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Evaluation-to-Hire)

Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire

Are you a customer-focused professional with strong communication and organizational skills? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to customers, distributors, and internal teams while ensuring accuracy in order processing and customer account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and customer service platforms in a professional and timely manner
• Audit equipment registrations and validate information for distributor payment processing
• Generate reports and provide accurate documentation to support accounting functions
• Research and resolve discrepancies, shortages, damaged goods, and customer concerns
• Receive, review, and enter customer sales orders accurately
• Ensure customer requests and inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively
• Obtain and maintain required documentation for order processing and record retention
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and other internal departments to support customer needs
• Assist with special projects and provide backup support for team members as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members across multiple locations
• Strong data entry and administrative skills

Preferred Experience:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with ERP systems, ticketing software, or Salesforce is a plus
• Previous customer service, order entry, or administrative experience preferred
