Salary: $20/hr.

Express Employment is seeking a technical support specialist for a heavy equipment company.  Job duties include:

• Provide first-level IT service desk support via email, IM, chat, over the phone, and in person
• Prioritize customer satisfaction in all communications, providing fundamental end-user training
• Evaluate and resolve end user computer, mobile, and connectivity issues
• Install and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals in a network environment
• Utilize asset management systems to track inventory and technical issues
• Assist in researching, testing, and implementing new technologies, processes, and procedures
• Perform user administration tasks, including provisioning/de-provisioning and permission assignments
• Imaging and delivery of new workstations to employees
• Issue resolutions by working with external technology vendors and providers
• Create and maintain system documentation with attention to detail
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Cybersecurity personnel to assist in problem resolution where necessary

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to perform off-hours support and maintenance, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays with short notice

Education & Experience:

• Associates degree in Networking, Information Technology, or related field
• CompTIA or Microsoft MTA Certifications preferred

Other Details: 

• Position is temp to hire
• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Pay rate is $20/hr.
