Express Employment Professionals is seeking motivated and mechanically inclined individuals for Coil Prep and Finisher positions with a reputable manufacturing company located in Canonsburg, PA. This is a full-time, evaluation-to-hire opportunity with the potential for a pay increase, full benefits, and union membership once hired on by the client.

Location: Canonsburg, PA
Pay Rate: $23.45 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Job Responsibilities

• Prep counter shields and assemble stick/tube components
• Pre-load spacers and assemble vertical wind outs
• Bend, burn, anneal, clean, and wrap electrical leads
• Remove coils from the winding machine and up-end them
• Perform hands-on mechanical work using various hand tools, air tools, and power tools
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics/drawings
• Follow company safety and attendance policies
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass a mandatory math skills evaluation
• Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 60 lbs without assistance
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and performing minor equipment maintenance
• Attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Specific vision abilities required (details provided during interview process)
