Express Employment Professionals is hiring Industrial Assemblers in Canonsburg, PA for a reputable manufacturing company. This is a full-time manufacturing and production opportunity for hands-on individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who are looking for long-term employment and career growth.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare counter shields and assemble stick and tube components
- Pre-load spacers and assemble vertical windouts
- Bend, burn, anneal, clean, and wrap electrical leads
- Remove and up-end coils from winding machines
- Operate hand tools, air tools, and power tools
- Read and follow mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Support daily manufacturing and production operations
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Perform additional shop and production duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination
- Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, air tools, and industrial equipment
- Ability to read and accurately follow mechanical and electrical instructions
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Must successfully complete a math skills evaluation
- Reliable attendance and dependable work history
- Ability to work effectively in a hands-on manufacturing environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
- Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and other physical manufacturing tasks
- Must meet applicable vision requirements; details will be discussed during the interview
PAY & BENEFITS
- Starting pay: $26.00/hour
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
