We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a local manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and keeping production running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot production equipment and respond to machine breakdowns
• Work with vendors and technical support to resolve complex equipment issues
• Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and continuous improvement projects
• Maintain maintenance logs and repair documentation
• Communicate effectively with machine operators and production personnel regarding equipment performance
• Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
• Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond to equipment issues in a timely manner
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with production teams
