Job Summary

Express Employment Professionals is hiring reliable and hardworking Landscaping Crew Members to support a growing team. This position focuses on maintaining residential and commercial properties through routine landscaping and groundskeeping services.

 

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and string trimming
• Remove weeds and leaves to maintain clean landscapes
• Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Apply mulch and fertilizers as needed
• Trim hedges, shrubs, and small trees
• Remove dead or damaged plants and trees
• Water lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas
• Follow daily job assignments and meet productivity goals
• Ensure all work meets company and industry standards
• Arrive on time 

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred
• Familiarity with lawn care equipment and maintenance practices
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dependable with consistent attendance
