Counter Sales Specialist

We’re looking for a friendly and customer-focused Counter Sales Specialist to help customers find the right products while keeping orders and sales moving smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, staying organized, and working in a hands-on environment.

Duties

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service at the sales counter
• Answer customer questions and help identify the right products for their needs
• Enter customer orders accurately and make sure details are correct
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability
• Communicate with warehouse staff to coordinate orders and product pickup
• Assist with inventory checks and keeping the counter area organized
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide a great overall experience
