Salary: $22.00-$28.00/HR
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 4:30pm
*Must be on jobsite by 7am, can show up early to carpool. End time varies*
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00/HR
Duties:
Perform skilled manual concrete labor, including mixing, placing, and finishing concrete surfaces
Set forms, prepare sites, and ensure proper layout for poured walls and structural elements
Safely operate hand tools and power equipment such as trowels, screeds, saws, and compactors
Pour, level, precast, and set concrete according to project specifications and quality standards
Support the foreman and crew with daily tasks to maintain workflow and project timelines
Work outdoors year‑round in varying weather conditions while maintaining productivity and safety
Qualifications:
Previous experience in concrete work, carpentry, or general construction (pay is based on experience)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong work ethic with a reliable, team‑oriented, and safety‑focused mindset
Ability to follow instructions, maintain attention to detail, and contribute to a positive jobsite environment
