Express Employment Professionals is looking for a reliable and efficient Dispatch Assistant to join a local plumbing and HVAC servicing company. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy keeping things organized, this role is for you!

📋 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage email communications promptly and professionally

• Check in and out with clients to coordinate services

• Enter orders accurately

• Update client portals with current information

• Follow up with subcontractors to collect closeout details

✅ Skills & Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Comfortable using computer systems and software

• Previous dispatch experience a plus

• Customer service background preferred

🎓 Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

---

🕗 Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
