The Hotel Hospitality Representative will assist guests with check-ins, reservations, and general service needs to ensure a welcoming hotel experience. This position requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a guest-facing environment. Candidates who enjoy helping people and working in a fast-paced setting will do well in this role.

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage room reservations and update booking systems.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Process payments and verify identification.
  • Maintain the front desk area and lobby appearance.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
  • Follow hospitality policies and ensure guest satisfaction.
