What You’ll Do

• Follow instructions from crew leaders and clients
• Perform general landscaping tasks, including:
  • Mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns
  • Weeding and mulching flower beds
  • Trimming shrubs, hedges, and small trees
  • Removing dead or unwanted trees
  • Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
  • Watering lawns and garden areas
  • Monitoring plant health and identifying issues
• Help maintain clean, attractive outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients

What You Bring

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day
• Physically able to bend, lift, pull, climb, and work outdoors in all weather
• Reliable, motivated, and ready to be part of a hardworking team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
