We are looking for reliable and safety-conscious Drivers to join our transportation team. This role involves operating company vehicles (typically under 26,000 lbs.) to deliver goods, materials, or passengers to designated locations. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, an excellent driving record, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods or passengers
  • Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and secure placement
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs, mileage records, and paperwork
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
  • Provide courteous and professional service during deliveries or pickups
  • Ensure cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle
  • Assist with warehouse or facility tasks when not driving (if applicable)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid state driver’s license (Class D or CDL A or B)
  • Clean driving record with no major violations
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
  • Familiarity with GPS devices, routing apps, and basic vehicle maintenance
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in delivery, courier, or transportation roles
  • Knowledge of local and regional roadways
  • Forklift certification or experience (if applicable)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
