Pay Range: $18-$25+ per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems including but not limited to rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and cooling towers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to deliver superior service.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Service HVAC Technician (must be listed on a resume).
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and installing various HVAC systems.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC equipment and components.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Valid HVAC technician license/certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
