Housekeeping: 3rd Shift

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join a Local Company in the Athens, Cedar Creek, Tx area. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of designated areas. 

Responsibilities:

• Vacuuming: Thoroughly vacuum all carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture to remove dust, dirt, and debris.
• Changing Linens: Replace bed linens, towels, and other textiles with fresh, clean items.
• Disinfecting: Clean and disinfect surfaces in bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Working with Chemicals: Safely use cleaning chemicals and products according to specified guidelines and procedures.
• Polishing Floors: Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain their appearance and safety.
• General Cleaning: Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and surfaces in all rooms and common areas.
• Trash Removal: Empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash properly.
• Restocking Supplies: Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are well-stocked and maintained.

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving objects up to 35 pounds.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and safe handling procedures.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
