**Manual Machinist – Up to $25/hour**  
**1st Shift | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | Springfield, OH | Direct Hire**

**What You’ll Run Every Day**
- Manual engine lathes, bridgeport-style mills, surface grinders, drill presses, and arbor presses  
- Turn, mill, bore, thread, and grind electric motor shafts, housings, end bells, and specialty components  
- Cut keyways, face hubs, bore bearings—whatever the print calls for  
- Occasional saw cutting, basic welding, and fitting  
- Work from blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions with engineering  

**What You Bring**
- Proven hands-on experience on manual lathes and mills (motor shop or job-shop background is a big plus)  
- Can read blueprints and use mics, calipers, bore gauges, and indicators like a second language  
- Strong shop math—fractions, decimals, geometry, no calculator needed  
- Attention to detail that borders on obsessive (because it should)  
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet all shift  
- High school diploma or GED
