Location: Bloomington-Normal, IL
Pay: $15 - $16.50/hour
Schedule: Friday - Monday, 7:00am - 3:30pm (32 hours)  OR  Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 5:00p-10:30p (22 hours)

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a respected behavioral health organization in the Bloomington-Normal area to hire Residential Technicians for their 1st and 2nd shift teams.

Position Overview:
As a Residential Technician, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients in their daily routines. You’ll be responsible for providing hands-on assistance, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and accurately documenting daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living tasks in a supportive, respectful manner

• Perform light cleaning and ensure common areas are stocked and orderly

• Complete data entry and maintain accurate documentation

• Maintain a safe and supportive environment during overnight hours
