⏰ Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
📍 Location: Georgetown, KY 40324 (In-person)

Job Description:

Perform various tasks related to paint booth cleaning every weekend. This is an essential role to keep operations safe and efficient.

Responsibilities:

• 🖌️ Clean paint booth walls and windows

• 🔒 Participate in lockout/tagout procedures

• 🧽 Mop, cut, and replace plastic coverings; replace robot coverings

• 🧹 Clean sludge from flood sheets and under booths

• ⚙️ Clean purge ports, scrape and clean conveyor rollers and rails

• 🛠️ Replace filters, clean ovens, replace foil, clean air showers and tanks

• 💪 Lift/move up to 25 lbs frequently; occasionally more than 25 lbs

• ✅ Other cleaning tasks as needed to meet customer requirements

Qualifications:

• ✋ Manual dexterity

• 🚶 Ability to walk extended distances

• 🤸 Stooping, bending, lifting, climbing stairs and ladders

• 🚫 No felony convictions related to violence, theft, sexual offenses, or firearms

Skills & Abilities:

• 📝 Able to understand and follow written and oral instructions

• 🤝 Team player who can work well with others

• 🧠 Make sound decisions during safety or production issues

• 🛡️ Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Education & Experience:

• 🎓 High School Diploma or GED

Language Skills:

• ✍️ Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions and memos

• 🗣️ Communicate effectively one-on-one and in small groups

Mathematical Skills:

• ➕➖✖️➗ Basic math skills using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals

Work Environment:

• 🌡️ Exposure to wet, humid, extreme cold/heat conditions

• ⚙️ Work near moving mechanical parts

• ☣️ May encounter fumes, chemicals, and airborne particles

• 🥽 Must wear protective clothing, gloves, hard hat, respirator, safety shoes, and glasses
