Cycle Counter

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cycle Counter to support inventory accuracy and material control in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for performing inventory counts, maintaining inventory records, operating warehouse equipment, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Duties

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Verify inventory quantities and investigate discrepancies
• Ensure materials are properly located and available for production needs
• Enter inventory data into SAP and maintain accurate inventory records
• Research and resolve inventory variances
• Operate a stand-up forklift to move and organize materials
• Assist with Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities as assigned
• Maintain organized inventory storage areas
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing and clerical experience required
• Stand-up forklift operation experience required
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting preferred
• Basic computer skills required; SAP experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Schedule

• Full-time position
• First Shift
• Hours: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
