Warehouse Associate - General Laborer Support

We are seeking a General Labor Support team member to assist daily operations at a paper products manufacturing facility. This position supports production, packaging, and material handling processes to ensure efficient manufacturing and timely shipment of paper-based products. The role requires reliability, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist production staff with various manufacturing tasks as needed

• Load raw materials into machines and remove finished paper products

• Package completed products and prepare them for shipment

• Move materials, products, and supplies throughout the facility

• Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet standards

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris

• Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures

• Support other departments as assigned to meet production goals

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Willingness to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks

• Dependable with a strong work ethic

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and products

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform manual labor for extended periods
