Schedule - 8a-5p with flexibility to work some weekends

Pay- $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Hotel housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining hotel guest rooms and public spaces in a clean, orderly and attractive condition. They ensure facilities meet established standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming floors, dusting surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing supplies
• Remove trash and change linens in guest rooms
• Clean public areas such as lobbies, hallways, lounges and restrooms
• Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries and amenities in guest rooms
• Report any repairs or maintenance issues to management
• Adhere to all safety standards and procedures
• Maintain equipment and supplies in clean and orderly condition
• Deliver exceptional guest service and respond to any special requests
• May assist other departments as needed during peak periods

Qualifications and Skills:

• Prior housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel setting 1-3 years
• Ability to follow checklists and procedures accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical ability to push, pull, lift and maneuver housekeeping equipment
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation
• Able to work individually as well as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual

Physical Demands:

This role requires frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling and lifting up to 25 lbs. Working hours may vary and include weekends and holidays.
