Located in Oshkosh, WI

Salary: $17.50/HR

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Pay: $17.50/HR

Duties:

Enter orders accurately into the system, including imported and emailed orders.
Provide backup support for customer service representatives, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
Follow up on back-ordered items, updating the computer system for weekly status reports.
Enter tracking numbers and fulfill orders shipped from vendors to ensure accurate status updates for customers and internal staff.
Assist in fulfilling warehouse shipped orders when required.
Act as a backup for the receptionist as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in order entry is preferred.
Customer service experience is highly desirable.
Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is beneficial.
Strong computer skills and comfort with learning new programs.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues in various roles.
