Job Summary: As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by operating various types of machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently. Your responsibilities will include setting up machines, monitoring their operation, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring that production runs smoothly according to established procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor machines to ensure they function properly and produce high-quality output.
2. Set up machines according to specifications, including adjusting settings and loading materials.
3. Monitor production processes to detect and resolve any issues or malfunctions.
4. Perform regular maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal working condition.
5. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.
6. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
7. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, output, and any maintenance performed.
8. Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and achieve production goals.
9. Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a safe and organized environment.
10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of machine operation and basic maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
