Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Duties:- Perform MIG and TIG welding tasks to build, assemble, and fabricate metal parts and components- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings- Operate machinery such as pipe threading equipment, plasma cutting machines, and press brake machines- Use hand and power tools to complete welding projects- Conduct quality inspections to ensure welds meet specifications- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area- Assist with material handling tasks using forklifts or rigging equipment
Experience:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG and TIG welding- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of welding techniques- Familiarity with operating pipe threading equipment, plasma cutting machines, and press brake machines- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively- Experience with forklift operation and rigging is a plus
