Job Description: As a Material Handler, you will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring the timely and accurate handling of materials throughout our facility. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials according to established procedures, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production activities. Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming materials and verify the accuracy of shipments against purchase orders or packing lists.
• Unload materials from delivery vehicles and transport them to designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
• Store materials in an organized and accessible manner, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Retrieve materials from inventory as needed and deliver them to production areas in a timely manner.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support production schedules and meet customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in material handling or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Prior experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or a similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to comply with safety regulations and follow established procedures.
