Job Summary:
As the Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for clients, assisting them with policy changes, renewals, and claims. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring each client feels valued, informed, and confident in their coverage. This role is essential to supporting the growth and retention of the client’s portfolio!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, handling their insurance needs with care and precision.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and any questions about their coverage.
• Coordinate with underwriters, adjusters, and other insurance professionals to provide the best solutions for clients.
• Educate clients on available products and suggest additional coverages to best meet their needs.
• Proactively handle any claims issues and keep clients updated throughout the process.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulations to advise clients effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as an account manager in commercial insurance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and industry practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Superb organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Insurance license (required) and additional certifications (preferred).
