About the Role
We’re looking for a personable, motivated Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly. If you’re organized, quick on your feet, and love delivering great service, this role could be a strong match.

What You’ll Be Doing
•     Support customers by phone and email with prompt, friendly communication
•     Provide information on products, pricing, lead times, and availability
•     Enter and manage quotes, orders, RMAs, and basic support requests
•     Keep customer records accurate and up to date in CRM/ERP systems
•     Recommend product solutions based on customer needs
•     Work closely with Sales and internal teams to support customer goals
•     Follow up on quotes and conduct customer satisfaction outreach
•     Troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements when you see opportunities
•     Contribute to a positive, team‑focused work environment

What You Bring
•     High school diploma or equivalent
•     1+ year of customer service experience preferred
•     Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
•     Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
•     A customer‑first mindset with a focus on solutions
•     Experience with ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite or Epicor an asset)
•     Sales support experience is helpful but not required

Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday (No weekends)
