Maintenance Technician

Pay: $24–$30/hr

Overview: We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician for a long-term opportunity in a busy manufacturing environment. This role involves troubleshooting and repairing industrial production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Candidates should have a solid understanding of PLCs and schematics and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs

• Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment (conveyors, relays, switches, controls, etc.)

• Read and interpret schematics and PLC diagrams

• Assist with basic building maintenance as needed

• Follow safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Experience with industrial equipment repair and maintenance

• Strong understanding of PLCs and electrical schematics

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex systems

• Reliable work history and attention to detail

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet throughout the shift

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Some overtime may be required)
