Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 3:30 pm

Job Description: As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate operation of press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to precise specifications. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend and shape metal sheets according to blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Perform routine maintenance on press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
• Monitor production processes to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in bending operations.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Work collaboratively with team members to optimize production efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in setting up and operating press brake machinery to bend and shape metal sheets.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain precision in bending operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to press brake operations.
