Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Thursday

 

Salary: $17.00 per hour

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Operator/Production Worker. Candidates will be responsible for operating machinery, following production instructions, and ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the production line.

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor the production process to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production targets.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor production issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production workflow.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Keep accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production progress and any challenges faced.

 

Requirements:

 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an Operator/Production Worker is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate machinery accurately and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure the quality of products.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects when required.
• Flexibility to work Monday to Thursday and occasional overtime if needed.
• Good communication skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills for recording production data and operating machinery interfaces.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety practices.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
