We're hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for a warehouse position in Normal, IL. This is a physically demanding role in a fast-moving tire distribution environment with opportunities for advancement and on-site forklift training.

Job Responsibilities

• Place tires onto conveyor belts for order processing
• Sort and stage tires in designated locations based on order numbers
• Match product numbers and quantities accurately
• Work as part of a team to maintain efficient workflow
• Operate a forklift after completing on-site training
• Follow warehouse safety procedures at all times

Physical Requirements

• Consistent lifting of tires weighing up to 80 lbs
• Ability to move approximately 2,500 tires per shift
• Ability to handle over 60,000 lbs of product throughout a shift
• Stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Work in a physically active warehouse environment

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for counting inventory and matching order numbers
• Good vision and attention to detail
• Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
