Responsibilities:

Waste Management Specialist:

• Gather and empty trash receptacles and bins regularly.

Surface Maintenance Expert:

• Wash windows, walls, and glass surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.

Supply Chain Coordinator:

• Order and manage cleaning supplies to ensure an adequately stocked and efficient workspace.

Illumination Engineer:

• Change light bulbs as needed to maintain proper lighting throughout the facility.

Maintenance Alert Dispatcher:

• Notify managers promptly when major repairs or maintenance are required.

Security Guardian:

• Keep buildings secure by diligently locking doors and monitoring access points.

Floor Care Specialist:

• Clean building floors using appropriate methods such as sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming.

Hazard Control Officer:

• Respond to spills and other hazards promptly, utilizing tools like squeegees and sponges.

Sanitation Specialist:

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring a hygienic environment.
• Stock bathrooms with essential supplies like soap, toilet paper, and other necessities.
