Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of precast concrete products.
• Prepare and clean molds before and after concrete pours.
• Pour, level, and finish concrete according to production specifications.
• Remove finished concrete products from molds using proper equipment and techniques.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other production equipment safely.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with general labor duties as assigned.
