Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Job Description:

• Boxing, weighing, entering info into shipping software and Shipping all products
• Run mail through postage meter and take to post office
• Pick up mail
• Will also share duties in pre-shipping that includes Preparing devices for shipping
• Enter/scan process serial numbers and devices into computer system
• Create accessory kits
• Prepare and crate large vascular equipment
• Unload incoming product, date stamp and take to stock room.
• Order all shipping supplies such as boxes, tape envelope, etc. through our purchasing agent
• Assist with stockroom as needed

Requirements:

• Handle a fast-paced environment in addition to having a strong sense of urgency
• Interact well with co-workers
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions in English
• Able to work well independently with minimal supervision
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Knowledge of computers in a business environment
• Good attendance and work ethic
• Able to drive a forklift and/or willing to be trained
