We are looking for a Customer Service Representative! 

Are you skilled at managing high call volumes with a positive attitude? We are looking for someone who excel in fast-paced settings and are dedicated to delivering outstanding support. You’ll handle numerous calls daily, resolving issues efficiently while providing empathetic service. If you're a strong communicator who thrives under pressure and loves helping people, apply today!

Schedule & Pay:

  • $14/hr
  • 9-6 Tues-Friday and 9-5 Sat

Job Duties:

  • Handle both inbound and outbound phone conversations with customers to make sure everyone quickly gets the help they need
  • Providing information about products and services
  • Taking orders
  • Responding to customer complaints
  • Processing returns
  • Performing countless other activities.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
    through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right
    methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling
    quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and
    alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts
    and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Here's What Makes You an Ideal Candidate:

  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS - both over the phone (telephone etiquette), and in-person. Strong email writing skills
  • Enjoy being the "Ambassador of First Impressions"!
  • "Unflappable" - able to remain calm and helpful, even if dealing with an upset customer or multiple incoming calls
  • Professional in appearance and attitude - whether at a professional reception desk, or in a more casual setting
  • Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Outlook, etc.); basic typing/data entry skills.
  • Data entry skills a plus
  • Dependable & punctual
  • Background check required; drug free workplace
