Molding Machine Operator (2nd Shift)

Express Employment has partnered with a local Roland, IA company that is seeking an additional Molding Operator to join their team! The main responsibility for this position will be to tend to plastic molding machines. 

This is a great long-term, full-time position starting at $16/hr! The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a manufacturing environment.

Environment:  

• This is a 2nd shift schedule, Monday-Friday 3:30PM to 11:00PM. (Will train on 1st shift)
• In a smaller manufacturing environment, there may occasionally be products with stronger orders (Must be comfortable with strong smells)
• Casual clothes are preferred with closed toed shoes

Duties: 

• Performing quality inspections of products. 
• Removal of parts from machine, tote, or conveyor. 
• Trimming parts as needed and minor assembly of parts. 
• Packaging parts for shipment. 

Skills/Experience Needed: 

• Will need good attention to detail. 
• Will be standing for the duration of shift. 
• Comfortable working with hand assembly of small pieces.
