Job Title: Sandblaster & Powder Coating Technician
Position Type: Full-Time | Morning Shift
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Enjoy your afternoons off!)

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Sandblaster / Powder Coater to join our production team. In this role, you will play a key part in preparing and finishing high-quality metal products. If you take pride in hands-on work and attention to detail, we want to hear from you!
Metal Preparation: Wash, degrease, and prep metal surfaces prior to blasting and coating.
Sandblasting: Operate blasting equipment to clean, deburr, and finish metal components.
Powder Coating: Operate powder coating spray equipment and manage cure oven process for a smooth, high-quality finish.
Workplace Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean workspace, including daily sweeping and sandblasting area upkeep.
Physical Tasks: Safely lift, carry, and maneuver materials weighing up to 65 lbs.
