Outside Sales Representative
Location: North Central Texas (Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding areas)Salary: Base $70,000 - $75,000 + commissions + company car

Position Summary: The role is approximately 70% outside sales and 30% inside sales. The product line is straightforward, well-established, and highly receptive to new sales efforts. Travel is required, with approximately two weeks on the road per month.

Key Responsibilities:  

Conduct weekly sales calls and follow-up with existing and new customers  
Demonstrate products at customer locations and trade shows  
Complete route sheets and maintain detailed customer call logs  
Promote products through various channels, including phone solicitations and direct visits  
Identify and pursue new customer opportunities  
Re-engage inactive customers to increase sales  
Support team efforts with inside and outside customer support

Qualifications:  

Previous sales experience, preferably in technical or related fields  
Ability to travel for approximately two weeks on the road each month  
Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude

Compensation & Benefits:  

Starting base salary of $70,000 - $75,000
