Currently searching for Order Entry Clerk located in the Queensbury, NY area. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an office setting and a general knowledge of basic processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18-19 per hour

Tasks for Data Entry:

• Order Processing: Accurately inputting customer orders into the

company’s database or order management system, verifying details like product
numbers, quantities, and pricing

• Data Verification: Double-checking orders

for accuracy and completeness and resolving any discrepancies in order details or
customer information

• Customer Service: Assisting customers with order-

related inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues or concerns in
a timely and professional manner.

• Coordination with Other Departments:

Working closely with the sales, warehouse, and shipping departments to ensure
orders are fulfilled correctly and shipped on time.
