Are you an experienced Manufacturing Maintenance Technician looking for a stable first-shift opportunity with competitive pay? We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Diagnose electrical systems including PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, sensors, and control systems
• Repair and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs and ladder logic using OEM software
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and prevent equipment failures
• Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently to minimize downtime
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or Maintenance Electrician
• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, AC/DC drives, motors, and industrial controls
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and equipment repairs
• Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Manufacturing maintenance experience required

Preferred Skills

• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge of industrial automation and production equipment
• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
