We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Carpenters to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in framing, finishing, and general carpentry work across residential, commercial, or industrial projects. This role requires precision, physical stamina, and a strong understanding of building codes and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

Construction & Installation

  • Measure, cut, and assemble wood, metal, and other materials according to specifications
  • Build, install, and repair structures such as walls, floors, doors, windows, cabinets, and frameworks
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Install fixtures and fittings with accuracy and attention to detail

Site Preparation & Maintenance

  • Prepare job sites by setting up scaffolding, barricades, and workstations
  • Ensure tools and materials are organized and maintained
  • Clean and maintain work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Assist with demolition and removal of old structures when necessary

Compliance & Collaboration

  • Follow building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople, contractors, and supervisors to meet project timelines
  • Communicate progress and challenges clearly to team leads
  • Participate in safety meetings and training sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred
  • 2+ years of carpentry experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings
  • Proficiency with carpentry tools, materials, and techniques
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong math and measurement skills
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification
  • Experience with specialized carpentry (e.g., cabinetry, finish work, concrete forms)
  • Familiarity with digital tools or construction management software
