Located in Menasha, WI

Salary: $15.00/HR

Hours: Full time and Part time available

Full Time: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Part Time: Monday - Friday, 5:00pm - 9:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Pay: $15.00/HR 

Duties:

• Ring up client payments accurately at the end of their service

• Assist with the third check of tax returns before transmission

• Handle cash transactions, including giving correct change back to clients

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients and addressing questions

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency

Qualifications: 

• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills

• Cash handling experience preferred but not required

• Entry-level position — training provided

• Attention to detail when reviewing tax returns and payments

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying accurate and professional
