Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Manual Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in precision machining, capable of holding tolerances of .0005". This position requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record with an up-to-date driving abstract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate manual machining equipment with high precision  
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications  
- Maintain and calibrate machinery to ensure accuracy  
- Meet strict tolerance requirements (.0005")  
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machines  
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment  
- Document work and assist in quality control processes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of manual machining experience  
- Ability to hold .0005" tolerances  
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record  
- Present a current driving abstract  
- Strong attention to detail and precision  
- Ability to work full-time and meet production deadlines

Evaluation & Hiring:
- Candidates will undergo a full-time evaluation period  
- Compensation is DOE, starting at $25/hour or higher based on experience
