Job Duties: 

  • Provide customer service and technical support for clients using company software platforms and services 
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, and other business software applications
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and remote support tools while maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer concerns are resolved in a timely and professional manner while maintaining a positive customer experience 
  • Regularly use desktops, laptops, multi-line phone systems, remote support software, printers, scanners and standard office equipment 

Requirements: 

  • Strong customer service and communication skills are required along with basic technical troubleshooting abilities 
  • Applicants should have experience or familiarity with QuickBooks and Microsoft 365
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Must have a friendly and professional attitude with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset 
  • Able to sit for extended periods of time while working on a computer and communicating with customers by phone and email 
  • Able to occasionally lift office materials or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds 
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, administrative support, or office-related work 
  • Experience working with business software, accounting systems, or office technology 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Additional education, training or certifications related to business, technology, customer service, or office administration is preferred 

Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday
