Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery such as front-end loaders, forklifts, skid steers, sky tracks and railroad carts. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely while adhering to all operational protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
• 50% manual labor must be able to work outside all year long.
• Heavy Lifting.
• Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating heavy machinery, including but not limited to cranes, front loader trucks, roll-off trucks, and farm machinery.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Physical ability to lift heavy loads and perform manual labor as needed.
